      good starter job, room for growth fairly fast

      hourly is low and you get 30 hours per week. you will likely need a weekend job to make ends meet.

      Awesome clients that Plus One gets to work with!

      Cons

      I worked at Plus One for several years and can honestly say that although the company helps corporations with their wellness needs, they do not provide the same respect and well-being for their employees. Pay is very low for the work that is required, and some of the regional managers are incredibly unfair, demeaning, and disrespectful. In my experience, the highlight is working with an awesome client, but there is little joy from working at Plus One.

      Site locations had great clients, fun work environment, opportunities to personal train and teach group ex classes in addition to Fitness Center operations. Great Cont. education stipend.

      Cons

      Shift times varying sometimes opening or closing. Internal development of employee skillset.
