Low stress, allows you spend time with the family. Health insurance is good. People you work with on a daily basis seem to really care about each other.

Cons

Low pay, hard to advance within the organization, at the mercy of client liaison, no matching 401K. Management above GM level seem to only care about themselves

Get to work on the lot at Disney, Paramount, Fox and Sony. Fun clients, fun group fitness classes.

Cons

Pay is pretty low, and hours aren't flexible. Lot of towel folding.

Location was nice, I think the full time staff had benefits.

Cons

Working at a spa is the same everywhere, everyone is crabby and underpaid, no one wants their scheduled services.
