Site locations vary, so you can move within the company all over the country if there is an opportunity elsewhere. Depending on your location, the site may have free snacks and other amazing benefits. Freedom to work independently. Great coworkers. Free continuing education.

Cons

Management doesn't let you prove yourself. Hard to advance in position and there are salary caps

Pros

It was easier to sell PT to potential clients in a corporate wellness setting, when the gym is on their work campus and they're already getting access to the gym for cheap.

Cons

You can't make more than $30/hr, and it's hard to build your clients to full time when there is only select times the members can train since they're working all day.
