      Really depends on on-site management

      Pros

      Decent base salary for entry level position. Plenty of educational resources available via the company's online platform. Great environment to hone personal training skills.

      Cons

      The on-site manager can make or break your experience here. Also, a big thing going for this job was an annual education stipend for certifications or other pursuits and the opportunity to bump your salary by progressing through levels in a program they called "Clinical Progressions". Unfortunately, that program no longer exists, making pay increases few and far between

      - Free meals (occasionally) - Free Coffee and Creamer

      Cons

      - It's a really small company and drama starts quickly - There are a lot of ex-cons who work here and they are all amazing people but there is a lot of drama and rumors that get started. - The manager here is a wonderful person but she does not stick to her word and she has a bad rap for yelling at people.
