      Pros

      Great team to work with. Very welcoming environment. Training, safety and well-being of employees is a sincere priority of management. Employees are treated as people, not numbers. Departments locally communicate well.

      Growing company. Very clean, safe environment. Good managers & supervisors that really care about people. Great benefits.

      Cons

      French leadership doesn't understand American culture but local leadership is great.
