      Fast paced but enjoyable place to work

      Pros

      This place moves quick. Coworkers are great (in auto vert). Seems like they care for their employees. They order in food a lot. Throw parties often. Lots of food and drinks are available so you can focus on work. The gym is nice and the HQ is great. Feedback goes gets taken seriously. IT department is onsite and helpful. Unlimited pto.

      Cons

      Not remote and a little hard to keep up since it is a fast paced work place.if it was flexible, it would be an ideal job.

      Pros

      Podium is a fast-paced environment with incredibly smart, driven team members and a product and customer base that keeps you inspired every day. It’s a founder-led company that brings genuine excitement and energy to the work, and you truly feel the ability to make an impact from Day 1. The emphasis on extreme ownership is real—not just a buzzword—and people are trusted to take initiative and deliver results. The holiday and PTO policies are strong, and time off and weekends are genuinely respected. That said, this is not the right place for someone looking for a strict “9 to 5”; the pace is demanding, but for those who thrive in it, it’s highly rewarding.

      Cons

      In-office requirement is taken seriously and expectation is that you're at your desk by 9a (at the latest). Not for someone hoping for hybrid/remote.
