All the staff are constantly on their phones. They purposefully provoke their 1 to 1s to have behaviors so they can throw them in the padded room and sit on their phones all day. Want to become a human punching bag?!? this job is for you! They also do not give out lunch breaks or bathroom breaks to their staff at school settings, they still have a lawsuit going on about that. Horrible company who is just in it for the money.

They place inexperienced, new employees randomly in settings. They provide basic training during orientation but nothing from that applies to your work. Teachers were constantly annoyed with the company because they randomly put substitutes on the case without any information about client.
