My immediate team is great to work with.

Cons

Horrible and expensive benefit options, it is cheaper to pay for your own health insurance. They also decided to change the sick pay policy this year WITHOUT informing their employees. They deleted my sick balance and I now have to accrue sick time versus getting it at the beginning of the year as it always has been. There has been NO COMMUNICATION from HR or Payroll about these changes either.

My coworkers were very nice

They lay off people with no reason or rhyme, it seems like they are doing quiet a big expansion however for some reason are laying off a lot of workers in the corporate part of the operations, I'm not sure if i could recommend you working on field as well
