Good work life balance Base pay was good Good lean experience and training provided

Cons

Huge turnover due to constant changing priorities. Owner and COO were flavour of the day type people. Had to constantly watch your back, especially when only good HR person left.

Pros

Really great company with great work culture. Good leadership who care about employees. They have a lot of long term employee force but the management layer is a glass door - keep changing.

Cons

Loud noise due to high speed injection molding. Hearing protectors are mandatory. Shift work happens 24/ 7. Most of it is continental shift which is great depends if you are on day or night
