      Flexibility with your hourly schedule

      Cons

      Pay is not the greatest, No communication, Not a lot of team players. Majority of the company do not follow CDC guidelines.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you have enjoyed the flexibility of your position. We are disappointed to hear about some of your other experiences. We remain competitive in regards to pay within industry standards. We also make strong recommendations for administrators to accept an open door policy that encourages ongoing and free communication amongst team members. Since the pandemic started we have had to make last minute changes and issued new protocols to adhere to not only the CDC's guidelines but our Governors as well. Our company is COVID-19 compliant and enforces such guidelines that are within our control. Thank you

      This is a great place to work! You can definitely tell that the staff cares for their clients as well as co-workers.

      Cons

      I wish that some of the hours around holidays were a little bit shorter.

      Flexible, Laid Back Employment

      work environment is quiet and free, supervisors are understanding and laid back, organization and filing skills are put to good use

      Cons

      there is not enough work for the position to be full-time, not being trained on the things I was told I'd be trained on, my full potential and work ethic are not being displayed properly
