Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your experience as a TSS, and the relationships you have made with co-workers. We do offer a full comprehensive benefits package that is available to eligible employees after 90 days, and this waiting period is in line with industry standards. We do however, offer employee discounts and tuition discounts through our Perks Program, and all employees can utilize these benefits from day one of employment. We have also created WOW Time for TSS's to take advantage of when clients cancel. WOW Time is an extra 40 hours of paid time, in addition to general PTO, that can be used when a client cancels or is sick. We have shared your feedback with our team. Thank you
