Thank you for the review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with your coworkers. Although there can be some inconsistency with client schedules due to school closures, holiday breaks, etc., we have created WOW (Without Worry) pay in response. The company recognizes that FT TSS's may not always be able to meet with their clients and in response has designed WOW time (16 paid days off in addition to regular PTO for FT TSS's) to help offset the impact this has on consistent pay. Thank you
