I have enjoyed my time here thus far. The staff is great and welcoming! My supervisor is a fantastic mentor and willing to answer my questions and support me. I am also expanding in my career and appreciate the support so far!

Cons

I wish I was getting compensated for my traveling or at least making a little more in salary.

Supervisors know their TSSs on a personal level, paid for drive time and note taking time

Cons

Sometimes LONG commutes, inconvenient schedules, always a risk of schedule changing or losing hours

Thank you for the review. We appreciate all feedback from employees. At times TSS's may not be able to meet with their clients due to school closures, client vacations, etc., and in response we have created WOW time (16 paid days off in addition to regular PTO for FT TSS's) to help offset the impact. Thanks again.
