Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the job itself, paid trainings, and your coworkers. Although there can be some inconsistency with client schedules due to school closures, vacations, etc., we have created WOW (Without Worry) pay in response. The company recognizes that FT TSS's may not always be able to meet with their clients and in response has designed WOW time (16 paid days off in addition to regular PTO for FT TSS's) to help offset the impact this has on consistent pay. Great relationships with staff, peers and schools.

Cons

Difficulty completing all hours.Especially, when school is closed. dismisses early or on holidays. Itwould be nice for there to be some sort of pay available to part time employees to supplement pay when training isnt available yet staff is available to work.. it would also be nice to for part time staff to accumulate PTO and vacation days just like full time staff.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad that you appreciate the relationships that you have built with your coworkers, consumers, and schools. While we do offer PTO and WOW time to supplement things such as school closures, for full-time TSS's, we do not for part-time. While we recognize some of the potential challenges Part Time TSS's could face with not having vacation days, there are just certain benefits and perks that go along with being a Full Time employee; one of which is paid time off. However, we do offer our Part Time employees a multitude of other benefits including vision and dental insurance, life insurance, long and short term disability insurance, 401K program, tuition discount program and employee perks program, to name a few. We have shared your thoughts with the administrative team. Thank you
