Pros
I was a TSS with TW Ponessa and Associates Counseling Services, Inc., for two years. I really appreciated the support that I received from the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator of the program with all of the clients and situations that arose. They were always willing and available to answer a phone call or email, and were extremely welcoming when I stopped to talk to them in the office. They were flexible and encouraging. Although my role within the company has since changed, TW Ponessa and Associates Counseling Services, Inc., continues to offer encouragement and a positive environment for a great work experience.
Cons
There was some difficulty completing allotted hours due to client cancellations; flexibility on the part of the employee is a definite must.
