Pros

TWP takes excellent care of their employees. They are big on communication, huge on education and caring for coworkers and clients alike, and offer a lot of flexibility in their scheduling.

Cons

When a client is absent from school whether from illness or suspension, it's hard to lose those hours and that pay.

Competitive pay, great schedule, AMAZING one on one training, management is very approachable and always looks for a solution to whatever problem you may have.

Cons

The work load can be a bit much, but with good pay comes more expectations. I can't really say I have negative comments because so far my experience here has been very positive.
