Most outpatient therapists start out part-time and transition into full-time, if desired, as their caseload builds. In regards to the company’s tattoo policy, employees contribute to the corporate culture and professional image of TW Ponessa & Associates in the way that they present themselves, and while it is not the intent of the company to hamper self-expression, there is an expectation that employees present a neat appearance within reasonable guidelines, while in the office or working with clients, and we cannot be subjective to specific body art pieces.
