Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that we have not met some of your expectations, but we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your supervisor, and or the HR Director. Most outpatient therapists start out part-time and transition into full-time, if desired, as their caseload builds. In regards to the company’s tattoo policy, employees contribute to the corporate culture and professional image of TW Ponessa & Associates in the way that they present themselves, and while it is not the intent of the company to hamper self-expression, there is an expectation that employees present a neat appearance within reasonable guidelines, while in the office or working with clients, and we cannot be subjective to specific body art pieces. We value your opinion and we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
