Thank you for the feedback. We believe that by providing the initial training and then ongoing training, by both the Assistant Billing Coordinator and the Billing Coordinator, employee’s will feel comfortable and informed on what their job duties require of them. Our employees are compensated based on their education and years of experience. We are aware that parking is limited, as are most city locations, and we feel fortunate to have the amount of parking spots that we do have. We are sorry to hear that our efforts did not meet your expectations, and we wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on here. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed working a flexible schedule and the interactions you have had with your co-workers. Our employees’ wages are structured around their educational level, licensure, and years of experience. This helps ensure that pay levels for our different programs are competitive externally and equitable internally. We encourage our employees to discuss any questions or concerns about their pay with their immediate supervisor or Human Resources. We will share your suggestion with our management team and we appreciate you sharing them with us. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Allows for flexibility if kids are sick. Will allow you 12 weeks maternity leave, unpaid.

Cons

They refused to staff me full-time after I had kids and couldn't work late into the evenings.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility that the TSS position offers. Although the position allows for some flexibility, we do require our TSS’s to work a couple evenings a week, in order to provide services to clients during the hours that they need, and this is shared with candidates during the interview process and with employees while discussing benefit opportunities. Thanks again for your feedback.
