I was treated fairly and with respect by my immediate supervisor, the CEO. Salary and some of the perks of the position were good.

Cons

Stressful due to the number of directors that I had to answer to. Staff under me weren't paid enough which created staffing issues. Profit more important than employee satisfaction.
