      Provide monthly CEU clinical trainings, rewarded with yearly raises, increases in paid time off for length of service, friendly, open, warm environment that is supportive.

      Cons

      Expensive and poor health care coverage.

      Whether you are a recent graduate from your Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, TW Ponessa allows a multitude of experiences and positions for people who just graduated. They provide a wealth of experiences and provide supervision for licensure.

      Cons

      The work done at TW Ponessa & Associates is hard, difficult work, not because of anything that TW Ponessa is or isn't doing...simply because it is HARD work.
