tons of training opportunities, they do their best to get full timers hours in the summer, Paid time off that accrues, Dauphin county branch has excellent administrators who are approachable but can be a little anal - (find me an administrator who isn't) BSC's and MT's that truly collaborate, answer texts and phone calls in a timely manner and don't throw you under the bus. I like working here.
Cons
Regular cons when working in BHRS system - new directives that come out of nowhere, clients that don't communicate and cancel willy-nilly, balancing BIP against in - class expectations, teacher, parent and school administrator demands, you know - same old, same old.
