Pros

There aren't too many...they do offer benefits, though. Supervision was kinda fun.

Cons

The point of this job is to help children with social, emotional and behavioral problems, but it seemed like everyone always just wanted to take the easy way out. Often times it seemed like the head staff was "too busy" to deal with issues that TSS's had. You also don't really get to work with your coworkers, other than once a week. The pay was too low for anyone to want to deal with any serious issues for too long.

Good compensation and benefits. the weekly meetings I found to be quite helpful. management was able to work with me on finding the right clients.

Cons

most of the cons are that of being a TSS. hard days with a client, backsliding, etc. needing to drive from each location. hard to have consistent hours if a client isn't timely or following a regular schedule.
