Very mission-driven and positive culture! Leadership teams are awesome and there are lots of opportunity for professional growth and development within the company in all departments. Everyone is a joy to work with and very passionate about what they do. Work/life balance is great as well.

The company works with your schedule: you can work from 4-25+ hours a week.

Cons

There's a lot of driving involved from client to client, and if you're seeing one client at a time, you don't get reimbursed for mileage.

Supervision is amazing. I always feel supported and heard.

Cons

They do not pay for transpiration unless you are driving from one clients house to another. I requested to be closer to my house knowing there are clients in my area and did not receive any clients in the area. Additionally, I applied for one location but was assigned a different location.
