Pros

Open, friendly environment. Good work/life balance. Good compensation package. There is lots of room for growth, and exploring new roles and responsibilities is encouraged. Upper management is accessible. The atmosphere is very positive, people are optimistic about the future.

Cons

Still a few growing pains, which is normal after an acquisition--bringing systems and people together takes time.

I have been with the Post Consumer Brands for 6 years and have seen the company go through many changes. Growing pains come with change however, I have always seen the company come through these times successfully while maintaining the close-knit culture. These changes have also brought new opportunities for employees and for the business. Employees are engaged and the company has competitive pay and benefits. Because of the work I do and the people that I work with, I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

It can be a fast paced environment where you need to deal with ambiguity so you need to be open to this type of challenge.
