Pros

- The people! Some of the best I've ever worked with. Makes it easy to come to work everyday - Leadership has continued to drive the company in the right direction - Pushing everyone to take time to play and understand AI - Good career growth opportunities - Flexible schedule and vacation is highly encouraged if you don't take it

Cons

- Fully remote can be tough at times, silo work happens

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Postscript. I worked adjacent to my manager at a previous company, so I already knew she was someone who communicates well, trusts her team, and gives people room to do great work. That made joining an easy decision. The biggest difference for me compared to past roles has been the level of trust and flexibility. I have more ownership here and somehow way less stress at the same time. People are treated like adults. You’re expected to solve problems, speak up, and contribute outside your job description if you want to. That startup energy is hard to fake. The culture also feels genuine. Smart people, low egos, and very little corporate theater. Teams collaborate well and people actually want to help each other succeed. It’s fast-paced, but in a motivating way instead of a burnout way.

Cons

Like any growing startup, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving in some areas. If you prefer a very structured environment with everything mapped out months in advance, it might be an adjustment.

Fast-moving, but worth it

Pros

Like any startup navigating the AI era, things move fast - priorities shift, roles evolve, and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity. That's just the reality. What sets Postscript apart is that leadership actually communicates through it. You're not left guessing; they're transparent about the direction and why decisions are being made. The work pushes you. You're expected to grow, move quickly, and figure things out - which can be a lot, but it's also motivating if that's the environment you thrive in. The people are the real standout. Hardworking, sharp, and genuinely invested - and the tenure across the company speaks for itself. When people stick around through the changes and the chaos of a scaling startup, that tells you something.

Cons

Like most companies, there's a real effort to lean into AI - but some things still need people, and bandwidth can be stretched thin.
