Bad work/life balance, horrible medical cost, pathetic Retirement benefits, waste money on parties, yet could use that money to decrease insurance cost, increase retirement benefits, and offer fair incentive plans. Its really is a company where if you know someone, or kiss someone's rear, you'll get ahead. If you have a family, best to look elsewhere. The PTO for our field employees is pathetic to say the least. It seems at times they try and break the good PM's by overworking them, while keeping the poor performing PM's, or shifting their roles. It's a bad precedent. A large turnover is on the horizon. The area isn't as affordable to live as the recruiting department tells you. "Teamwork" is a false narrative. Departments are rarely getting along, and project tend to suffer. Hiring frat boys and sorority girls seems to be the recruiting standard, filling the gaps with those actually capable and able to do the job. Sadly, the frat and sorority types are the ones that advance.
