I won't call these "cons" because everyone was up front with me. Work is national and fast paced. Managing remotely for any company is difficult at times, since you don't have daily access to your job site.

All the surface pros are cons for a career oriented professional. This company invest all its time and money into infrastructure and perks, such as beach parties and yoga classes, but refuse to provide adequate wages or follow through on their bonus program. They have a training department that will teach PDI processes wonderfully and enthusiastically but have zero understanding or experience in the industry they service. Beyond this, and despite the number of women in senior management positions, there is still a strong culture of misogyny where the women are expected to be young fit and attractive while dressing to accentuate it.
