Good and Bad...But More Bad

Great resources, beautiful campus environment. Pay is on par with the industry.

Cons

No amount of annual revenue is enough, strictly a numbers game at Power Design. Bonuses are very difficult to attain. Shady field practices and low quality craftsmanship. I work in the low voltage department and have watched a lot of great talent walk out the door the last few months because of the churn and burn attitude, and management seems perfectly fine with it. Incredible disconnect between upper management and the PMs, Assistant PMs and PEs that are actually getting the jobs done.

Cons

There's a club and you ain't in it! Unless you're born or marry into the club, you will forever be an outsider. Frat house mentality.
