Cons

They do not permit remote work.

Power Design is overall a good company to work for

Pros

Job security. As long as you follow the company's operating procedures of course. The amount of freedom given compared to other companies in the industry. The company does a good job of trying to create a fun atmosphere. Great office amenities. Competitive wages. Bonus incentives (depending on your role or job title)

Cons

Teams are constantly changing and employees throughout the company are coming and going. If you come into any of the project management divisions as an experienced person in construction, it will be a bit difficult to have to adapt yourself to working with people in similar role who have little to no experience. The company typically hires inexperienced college graduates who do not have the knowledge that someone in their position/role would typically have to be successful. This is something very manageable for whoever is overseeing their work but is difficult to grasp and adapt to initially. This does help develop the employee in the long term for the company.

The company has a great atmosphere. From the people they hire, to the events that they do, Power Design really tries to make sure everyone enjoys working there. They help people grow their professional career.

Cons

Stressful, a lot of work, too demanding, do not pay people enough. Starting to feel a little corporate
