Cons

Poor Benefits, no annual review process, lack of professionalism. You can hear swearing from the owner in the halls.

-Was not given clear expecations of role -No training or support provided -HIGH TURNOVER -Senior leadership, questionable practices -A popularity contest to determine promotions -HR department is extremely unethical and unprofessional
