We're sorry to hear that you felt little support in your role here at Powerback. To further distinguish where we can improve overall and what you specifically believe we can do to better support you and those in similar roles like yours, I'd strongly suggest that you participate in a unique support resource Powerback offers all employees. We'd love to hear further feedback, solutions, or ideas to improve our benefits from your unique POV, and would highly encourage you to attend one of Carl's CEO open-office hour meetings. We sincerely want you to continue to succeed and feel supported here at Powerback, and we have found that this resource is an excellent tool for employees to further amplify their voices. Each Monday morning/afternoon, these open-door discussions allow the chance for everyone to share their feedback unique to their POV here at Powerback in an attempt to collaborate and create solutions wherever possible. If you're interested in participating, these invites can be found through your Powerback gmail calendar.
Additionally, at Powerback, we encourage an open-door approach to problem-solving, meaning that if your manager does not directly provide the assistance you need, other departments can be used as a resource. Your area director, HR representative, or DOR are your top resources for receiving direct support wherever you need it.
