No pros at all...still looking for it

Cons

Don't value their employees, Don't offer raises for years, When they offer some type of a raise they take away some other benefit that they paid, ask them a question and management just goes silent instead of explaining their decision. Don't work for this company.

I love when it was ENCORE. After the merger we went right into the old ways of Genesis just under the name POWERBACK

Management doesn’t have the first clue to manage or lead a team. Just dictate how many patients need to be seen for reimbursement.
