Pros

The will provide training, take it and run!! Casual work attire, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Dr. Stern is a nut job. So much dictatorship. The productivity quota is a joke. The dancing. The dancing! The phony vision and values. The WIG meetings.Everyone walks on egg shells. I dont know how they stay in business. Huge turn over rate. Will fire anyone for NO reason, be on the look out for the box

It sounds like you did not like much about PV. You might appreciate one change we have made recently in billing. All production goals are now set by the team themselves. Wherever you are now, we do wish you the best.

Pros

The company is not just about making money. They truly care about their employees and about the clinics that they provide software and billing services to everyday. They invested their profits into providing the best insurance benefits they can afford to give their employee, quarterly bonuses, a wonderful new building that is state of the art; monthly (lunch included) town hall meetings to keep everyone informed of what is going on with the company, celebration trip for the entire company to the Wisconsin Dells for the weekend, paintball and bowling parties, innovation development week, and they continue to look for ways to make our lives easier. They even offer an onsite concierge to provide additional services to make employees' work lives more enjoyable (onsite messages, car repair services, eyebrow waxing, discounts on everything from hair cuts to shoes, etc.) In return, they expect their employees to be on time, be prepared, and to work hard. I feel that is a very fair expectation.

Cons

I enjoy working so much I have a hard time going home at the end of the day. Yes I know that sounds crazy but It is ridiculously true. My family wishes I would leave a little earlier each day and I commit to do so, but then I get wrapped up in work and just don’t seem to leave on time.

Pros

Flexible schedule, casual environment

Cons

Sadly the billing management team acts immaturely, fights against each other & are for known for bullying employees underneath them. Very high turnover rate. Worried more about quantity than quality. Stern is a megalomaniac who excels in grandiose PR. Has stated he doesn't trust his employees on numerous occasions but says they are all on the same team. Demands loyalty from employees but gives none in return.
