Great team environment, run from management!

Pros

Team environment and everyone functions well together, all things considered.

Cons

The CEO is a tyrant. I liken him to a spoiled rotten child that stomps his feet in order to get what he wants. He berates the female employees and distrusts everyone, no exceptions.

Pros

Team atmosphere is outstanding! Communication of the company health is always available. CEO is not afraid to give back to employees.

Cons

Training can sometimes be an issue due to pace. Constantly changing work environment - not necessarily bad unless you cannot adapt Can be very busy and hectic at times - again, not bad unless you are not able to handle multitasking

Pros

I have been with this company for almost 9 years. I cannot imagine working for any other employer. I have been able to grow and learn, gain confidence in my skills and contribute to the company. This is an exciting time for Practice Velocity! Fast growth and a fast moving industry makes for very challenging work!

Cons

Every career has challenges. The biggest challenge has been learning to grow as we get bigger. Policies and processes that once worked well for a small team, may no longer work with a larger team.
