1) Great people to work with 2) Nice Work/Life balance 3) Compensation is better as per industry standard 4) Opportunity to grow - At some place if you find yourself stuck in your current profile, they have a very fine internal mobility program and it has worked very well for a good number of employees. 5) Very diverse and inclusive culture 6) Responsive and considerate HR team

Gender ratio is not Okay industry wide so is the case with Precisely but good thing is they are working vigorously to get it right

The worst company I have worked for. Management is completely clueless. The expectation is that you give up all of your personal time to do their work due to utter mismanagement. Pay is below average.
