      Pros

      Very strong culture of support, collaboration, and appreciation for unique ideas Lots of opportunity for career growth if you can take advantage of it. For sales they are not afraid to provide the resources you need to be successful. Sales teams are also given a great degree of freedom on how they want to work their accounts and territories. Everybody is open to working together on the common goal of providing top quality solutions and taking care of customers. This is very much a company for people that want to work hard, contribute with their own unique talents, and strive to be the best they can and support the team around them do the same.

      Cons

      Very fast growth and acquistion strategy can cause some uncertainty and you need to be able to change and adapt quickly. Internal processes could be improved, things frequently move slow or in an inconsistent manner. If you aren't constantly pushing to be better, or are looking for a job where you can just do the bare minimum to get by, people will notice. Only a con if you don't want to change that.
