      Where to begin...Systems and processes that have been out of date for decades. Tyrannical environment that leads to a culture of CYA rather than openly working together at an attempt to improve this failing company. Parent company that is in the dark and not effectively managing this asset. Management team that is skilled at using poor judgment and CEO that is in way over his head. They sloppily scramble to acquire companies that "improve" their revenue, and cover up their massive due diligence M&A failures with synergies (aka firings) of massive blocks of employees that are actually more skilled than the employees that they keep! Place is 100% broken.
