-Orgz is not sales focused it is operations focused which is really bad news as their Salesforce application is a disaster which means you must do things over and over to get around the fact that it was not set up properly -Company runs on window dressing activities to please senior mgmt expect to get numerous requests per week to drop what you are doing and complete a report that mgmt needs ASAP -As a sales person expect that 60% of your actions will be internally focused -The leaderships goal is to put together lots of older technologies slap it on a SaaS platform and call it that a earth shattering event in essence you can call it putting lipstick on a pug as the saying goes
