      Pros

      Friendly people, encourage you to get on with it. Very happy with people getting on with things, or doing things independently

      Cons

      Can't get the basics right, bonus scheme required more people to work than they employ, and what we did earn was booked to the wrong department. Response was "we will fix it in February" cos pay checks don't matter to them.

      Most people are pretty friendly.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with employees, learn how to listen and don't be so quick to judge. Company 401k distributions have stopped due to covid even though the company continues to do well. Toxic work environment.
