Pros
I appreciate the team, friendly staff. Flexible time off. I believe in some of the value props of our solutions. Tremendous amount of learning and career growth.
Cons
-The promotions without a pay increase are demoralizing. -Compensation package is pathetic, -Too many opportunities and demands. Its hard to turn off, even on weekends. -The glass ceiling is way too low. -The C-Suite and Senior leadership are tone deaf, M&A acquiring too many useless companies. -C Suite's attitude toward the sales engineering team is disrespectful and shows lack of empathy or gratitude for a team that's basically carrying the sales on their back.
