Pros
Despite being 100% remote, people are very collaborative. The pay is solid and benefits are good. Some of their solution offerings are top notch. There is good communication across the board, from HR to sales leaders to product management.
Cons
Lots of integration still to happen, across people and the solutions we sell. That's what happens with the private equity model of acquiring about 8 companies in a short time period. It takes many years to properly integrate everything, cross train employees, and even get the company's own tech stack in order (our Salesforce data quality is awful), to say nothing about the myriad of contracts out there that Precisely has to deal with, update, switch from perpetual to subscription, etc.
