Senior leadership has a clear vision and cares about the employees, lives the company values Remote working supports work/life balance, allows the company to hire from a much broader pool of candidates Lots of internal opportunity / internal mobility a focus US benefits are good - including PTO (no set limit)

Cons

If you are someone who must work in/at an office - we don't have many - most employees work remotely (so there are LOTS of meetings) Private-equity ownership means budgets are often tight

There is not much pro. If you have heard of the story of a baby elephant tight to a rope since childhood and when it grow up it never tries to loose the rope. That is the culture management here will instill in you. You will become that baby elephant and will always be that labour. Worst company to work for. No salary hike. No up skilling. Management will hide each and every information from you which you should be knowing.
