Pros

Strives to be the “cool, hip mom” of pharma advertising. Flavored water machine. Conference room views from the 2nd floor.

Cons

Run by an insular group of narcissists who have selected an inner circle to be their lap dogs-office politics at its finest! Can’t hold a long-term relationship with clients or employees. Translating strategy and science into creative.

Pros

During my time at Precision, I have only seen the culture and benefits improve. The people are collaborative, hard work is recognized and awarded, and employee growth and development is encouraged and emphasized. There is a strong sense of family which has produced personal friendships for many of us. Our self-imposed high standards have lead to our clients being partners that succeed and celebrate with us. Additionally, the company: -brings in weekly lunches -provides the opportunity to engage in charitable work -hosts great company events like summer family picnics and holiday parties -offers paid maternity leave and flexible return back to work policy -has a great bonus structure

Cons

None worth nothing. I enjoy working at Precision.

A glass ceiling

Pros

The only pro I can honestly say, and why I gave PFV two stars, is that there is a good handful of employees that are true to themselves and can become your best friend. To those, I wish them nothing but success.

Cons

As the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. All the PFV sites are beautiful, from the Gladstone brick, to the NY rooftop, and Chicago's view within the loop, it is all just a wow factor. It is the toxicity below the surface every employee will eventually see. You either drink from the same cup and say to yourself it's not my name on the chopping block or you stay true to yourself and leave. Even if it's not the chopping block, it's the favoritism that can't go unnoticed. As I have been told, and its happened for many years, they won't stab you while looking at you, they will stab you in your back, which is why many of the best people that have worked there haven't so much left on their own but rather forced out. It is of no surprise at this point to have seen and hear of how they are starting to flatline in revenue, and the do more with less motto is really starting to take shape.
