      Good research opportunities

      Pros

      PHE is a good place to work on a variety of research opportunities across many different therapeutic areas. Coworkers are wonderful and it is a relatively laid back work environment. The people of PHE make this job what it is.

      Cons

      Lack of supported routes to develop additional research skills. Compensation seems below private market standards.

      Pros

      I've worked at a number of agencies in my career, and this one is by far the best. I love the people, trust the management team, and believe in the vision for the company. I'm going to retire here if they let me!

      Cons

      Its an agency, so there are ups, downs and everything in between. I enjoy the variety and surprises that each day brings, but not everyone is cut out for it - if you're resourceful, resilient, and passionate about what you do, you'll love it.

      Pros

      The agency is growing by leaps and bounds, and the energy within the walls is amazing. What I love about the agency is the commitment to innovate within the boundaries that medical and pharmaceutical campaigns find themselves. The opportunity change the way that physicians deliver and that patients receive care is incredible. I also have the chance to learn something new every day.

      Cons

      We've outgrown our current offices, so conference rooms are in high demand. The good news is, we are moving in January.
