Pros

Site-level teammates and leadership is good. Good pay.

Cons

Poor corporate leadership. Hit KPIs, no matter the cost, or be severely abused. Division and corporate priorities are opaque leaving sites to fumble. Chronic short-term decision-making practices hurts long-term performance.

Pros

This PCC plant is doing better than most. Bonuses are higher than other PCC plants. Great young engineering staff. Manufacturing leadership is okay. Benefits are good.

Cons

Way of thinking is still old school. No accountability in the management staff. Engineering is needed to bail them out when fundamental ownership and accountability of their department would solve the nontechnical production issues they have. Continuous improvement (lean six sigma) is not strong. Visible applications and manufacturing engagement is needed to improve.
