I've never seen management so focused on the bottom line which would be OK if they had a plan to do it the right way. Since they don't have any plan to improve operational performance they resort to management by brute force. The result for customers is high cost, poor quality and late deliveries none of which concerns WG management. The result for employees is they are expected to be available 24/7, are subject to verbal abuse and intimidation, etc. The resulting high turnover and the lack of any training for incoming employees means the place is in a constant state of confusion.

Difficult to balance home and work. Expect to support operations even if you have no bearing on the output (facetime) on all shifts, weekends, holidays, and even your granted vacations. High leadership turnover, 30+%. 14 GMs in 13 years. Safety issues apparent just walking through the plants. Frontline leadership is weak from all the verbal beatings. Poor morale in the workforce.
