The pay is good and the benefits are ok.
Cons
In the 2 years I have been here we have gone through 4 GM's! Everyone quits because the president of the company is a nightmare. The plant is unsafe, the conditions are awful, the plan for the business doesn't make sense, there is no thought about next week or next quarter it is only about today's production and meeting your numbers. Overall, this is the worst place I have ever worked (I'm resigning in a week or so).
