      Pros

      co-workers are friendly. Pay is not too bad.

      Cons

      Clueless management. Focus on money not safety. No training. Camera's in shop to watch people. Hr is always right no matter what. Managers stick together and are never held accountable . No chance to advance if they don't like you.

      Good pay for NDT work outside if oil n gas Great and affordable Health Dental and Vision Paid weekly with direct deposit

      Cons

      Training is lacking. Very throw you to the wolves. Even with experience already under my belt this was like coming in blind. Management is very very VERY highschool drama type. HR forgets that the H stands for Human. Make appointments to figure out and work out a solution. They cancel without a heads up at all

      Pros

      Pay and bonuses are there for certain units the meet the budget. The rest get zip.

      Cons

      Financially-led company without any clue about customer relationships, cultivation and retention...short-term is all they think about. All tactics, no strategy or vision within the leadership.
