Pros

Co-workers are great people and enjoyable to work with. Always more than enough work to do. Career progression for men.

Cons

Lots of discrimination of women. Men in management jobs paid 30% more than women in the same jobs. New hires with less experience brought in for more compensation.

Special Metals Mgmt Cancels - 2 Elkhart plant Christmas parties 2013 & 2014 (plant very profitable) right after theirs!

Company is smart to use the corporate PCC name to try and cover up the high employee turnover rate at the Elkhart plant and use name changes (A-1 Wire to Special Metals) to keep potential employees in the dark.

Cons

Bullies to customers, suppliers and employees. High turnover rate - complete management & Engineering staff gone that completely turned Elkhart plant performance around from quarterly losses of million of dollars into million plus profits.

Cons

PCC doesn't mind cutting your job regardless of the years you have with the company or the assets you provided to the companies growth. PCC is probably the most stressful and cut throat companies you will ever work for. PCC can't define team orientation! The Division Management increases their bonuses while cutting the hard working facility Managers and facility employees. The Division VP's treat their employees like dirt and use no professionalism while speaking to their employees like dirt. PCC sets sales goals that can't be met by the facilities in order to falsify growth.
