You can add to work experience. Co-workers are pretty funny and fun. There are no more pros.... I just have to add words here to continue!

Cons

This place is the worst, most unorganized, non ability to take responsibility for management failure I have ever seen. No respect from top to bottom... place can't build one Airbus door correctly, let alone try and jump the order 10 fold... there is no way to increase your hourly salary besides the 2-3% yearly. That's not even a cost of living increase. That less than a minimum wage job... The turn over rate here is worse than a County Fair stand. With equal training provided (I), as would everybody else that works here onlt recommend doing 6 months and leaving!

At PCC you will gain valuable insight into the daily operations and work in the aerospace industry. You will have the opportunity to meet, greet and talk with customers, as well as Machinists on a daily basis.

Cons

Just be ready to work some overtime hours to make sure you get your work done. Also, some of the changes in management, as hard to keep the changing philosophy in mind.
