      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. Quarterly bonuses and stock options are good. Really enjoyed working with a lot of the people here. This is an OK place to work.

      Cons

      Universally understaffed and under-resourced. Much plant equipment is at end of life condition. Company does not embrace new technologies. Frugal to a fault, PCC is run on very harsh budgets. True accountability for hourly or salaried employees is rare; scapegoat-ism, however, is common. Abysmal safety practices. PCC has a high ratio of low caliber people - every company has them, PCC just seems to have more than their share.

      Lots of low hanging fruit. Tons of opportunities for growth and professional development. They typically pay well depending on the plant and location.

      Cons

      Can be very challenging and stressful work environment depending on the plant. Leadership changes very frequently causing unsustainable changes.
